Founded in 2020! Our very first event was April 25, 2021.

We are excited and look forward to our 4th year in business!
You can find us at many popular food truck festivals, events, fairs and schools all around New Jersey. We are also available for private events and parties. Stop on by FitChicks food truck for a healthier alternative!

Interested in working with us?

Kristen Traina is a young female entrepreneur and chef who has been in the food industry for more than ten years. She decided to open her own food truck, basing her menu off of high protein chicken as the main ingredient. She aims to bring a healthier alternative to the world of food trucks.

FitChicks was inspired by a need for a healthier option at events. Her passion translates into every meal served. Come check out the action!
